The 2nd ICASBE 2026 is an international multidisciplinary conference that provides a scientific forum for researchers, academics, professionals, and policymakers to explore innovative, ethical, and sustainable solutions at the intersection of agriculture, blue economy, life sciences, technology, human well-being, and environmental sustainability.

The conference emphasizes integrated approaches that combine scientific advancement, technological innovation, and human-centered values to strengthen ecosystem resilience and sustainable development. Editorial Policy

The management of papers submitted for publication after the conference will be overseen by a scientific committee, consisting of an editorial board and peer reviewers selected from diverse institutions and expertise worldwide.

All manuscripts submitted to The 2nd ICASBE 2026 must align with the conference's Focus and Scope and demonstrate originality. Any form of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, is strictly prohibited.

Manuscripts must be written in proficient English. Authors, especially non native English speakers, are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally proofread before submission.

Authors should use plagiarism detection software to ensure compliance. The editorial team will verify the similarity index using Turnitin, and The 2nd ICASBE 2026 will only accept manuscripts with a similarity index below 15%.

The final decision regarding the acceptance of submitted manuscripts rests with the Editor, based on critical feedback from peer reviewers. Participants will be subject to a publication fee, as determined by the scientific committee.

Selected papers that meet the required standards will have the opportunity to be published in the Scopus-indexed BIO Web of Conferences (Open Access proceedings in Biology, Life Sciences, and Health, eISSN: 2117-4458).

Review Procedure

TThe conference submission system for The 2nd ICASBE 2026 will be conducted through Microsoft CMT. Participants can access and download the provided manuscript templates via the platform. All review processes and communication with authors will be facilitated exclusively through this system.

Initial submissions will undergo screening to evaluate their general quality and alignment with the conference's Focus and Scope.

Authors of submissions that do not meet the initial criteria will be given the opportunity to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on detailed feedback from reviewers. The decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of revised manuscripts will be final and based on the recommendations of the scientific committee.

Similarity Ethics

The publisher conducts rigorous checks on all submitted articles for textual overlap to detect any potential instances of plagiarism. The 2nd ICASBE 2026 employs Turnitin to screen all manuscripts prior to the review process. Only submissions with a similarity index below 15% will be considered for acceptance.
